The following outcomes will be measured retrospectively for the 6 months preceding and following the intervention in all practices:
1. GP prescriptions for antacids and ulcer healing drugs
2. Proportion of appropriate referrals for open access endoscopy (OAE)
3. Proportion of clinically significant findings at OAE
