To explore whether normal working practice of scanning the female pelvis with a full bladder is still best practice for the initial investigation or whether improvement in technology has provided us with a better method to consider in order to improve waiting times in Gynaecology services
2. To compare both the alternative and traditional method to identify which is the quickest, with no detriment effect on quality
