Primary outcome measure | 1. Percentage of syllables stuttered measured at one day pre-treatment and at 1 day, 6 months, and 12 months post-treatment, as well as 12 months post-randomisation 2. Calculation of mean stuttering 3. Severity scores (SEV scale), reported by the participant in the week prior to collection of each data point |
Secondary outcome measures | Time taken to attain minimal stuttering will be evaluated as well as speech rate and speech naturalness of participants post therapy. |

Key inclusion criteria | 1. Diagnosis of stuttering 2. Stuttering over 2% Syllables Stuttered (SS) 3. Over 18 years of age |
Key exclusion criteria | 1. Less than 2% SS 2. Unable to attend weekly clinic for three months 3. Received therapy for stuttering in previous 12 months |
