Target number of participants | All clinical areas in one hospital - 23 units. |
Key inclusion criteria | All clinical areas in Memorial Hermann Hospital. The unit of randomization was clinical areas. There were 23 units - 12 control, 11 executive walkrounds. |
Key exclusion criteria | The emergency dept was excluded. |
