InterventionParticipants were randomised to attend a workshop immediately (intervention group) or after a delay of 6 months (control group). Baseline measures were documented at entry to the trial. Outcomes were assessed after about 6 months by face-to-face interviews, 6 months after the intervention group have attended a workshop and just before the control group attend a workshop. The timetable for data collection and workshops will be 'blocked' to cover 3 geographic areas.
