Key inclusion criteria | Patients aged 17 or above, attending the day surgery centre at Taunton & Somerset Hospital for therapeutic procedures not normally requiring GP, District Nurse or hospital out-patient follow-up. Other criteria include patient consent and patient access to a telephone. |
