Intervention | Patients with suspected chronic adhesive capsulitis, as indicated by painful and limited shoulder movement during the doctor's and physiotherapist's assessment will be offered participation in this study. This will involve random allocation to one of three groups: a control group receiving rest and advice only, a physiotherapy group receiving a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and an osteopathy group receiving a combination of osteopathic manual therapy and exercise. |
