InterventionAll children were asked to complete a 12 week, home based exercise intervention using playstation dance mats. The exercise prescription was to perform dance mat exercise on at least 4 days of the week for at least 20 minutes at a time. Measurements were performed at baseline and after 6 and 12 weeks.
