Key inclusion criteria1. Mental Health users currently in active contact with the community mental health teams (CMHTs) with the Lewisham and Guys Mental Health NHS Trust.
2. Diagnosis of psychosis
3. National Audit Categories A or B
Key exclusion criteria1. Organic illness
2. Referral to AT services in previous 2 years
3. Currently receiving another formal psychological treatment
4. Current admission to inpatient care
