| Study objectives | The aim of the project is to increase the healing rate of leg ulcers through the establishment of community clinics and the appropriate training of district nurses. Project Aims: 1. To raise the profile of the care management of people with leg ulcers 2. To improve the cost effectiveness of the service 3. To introduce the concept of audit to the District Nursing service 4. To identify the education and training needs of the District Nursing Team 5. To improve the standard of patient care and health outcome in this client group |
