Key inclusion criteria1. All oesophageal carcinomas (squamous adenocarcinoma or other) deemed inoperable
2. Patients with tumour extending from the cardia will be included
3. Patients with tumour recurrence from a surgical group or External beam radiation therapy (EBRT) will be included
