The WHO International Standards for Clinical Trial Registration (section 2.4) require that there should be a publicly accessible audit trail of any changes to the WHO-required fields. This means that after your study is registered we cannot remove information from a record or overwrite previous information. Instead, we will add any updated information along with a date stamp to show when the changes were made to the trial record.
